Mouth ulcers.

My husband has pain in his tongue and it's burning pain in the night . Sometimes pain is so much that he is hardly sleeping . Before that he has so much pain in his mouth due to gum infection . His gum was swollen and area around was very painful. Now he still has infection in his gum and advised to take an antibiotics . Please advise. Thank you so much.

My father got the same problem in mouth and got stomach ulcer as well. He took Nat Sulp 6 since two days. His symptoms has gone more. Kindly suggest me.

take ars alb cm 1 dose in empty stomach and wait for 15 days .all so deficiency of vitamin b complex (spatially riboflavin)and vitamin c is the cause .
