Need advice

my name is Msrf from Bangladesh. I got married around 18 years ago. I am 42 yrs old now.I have go through a problem, which is duration of intercourse with my wife only 3-4 minutes only abnd my panish is also became not so hard (errict). But 1 years before it was very good, that time i can stay about 10 min. now my health is in a good condition and no VDRL deases. Till now i could not taken any medicine for this problem
.How i can stay long time during intercourse periods.

Please advice me some medicines for strong trestorial and libido ( sex power ) and some medicine for hard erection.Please also advice medicines which are easily available in Bangladesh
