ASAK,how are u .i have all the remedies I need instructions .still trouble sleeping ,I'm taking passiflora since 3 nights but no improvement .still having body pain at night . Bladder is calm but slow urination .

Hello how r u I got u r message .i need ur email add.and ur phone in Pakistan so I can tell u more .my sleep is not better I wake up every hour and I try to go back to sleep but its very heard to go back to sleep .Dreams r regular not any bad any more. Thanks
