Please help me to recover

I am suffering from weakness,dark circle near eye,premature ejaculation,takes lot of time to get erect 2nd time. does not have stamina to perform twice or thrice in a week also.Erection time is very short, ejaculate soon after penetration.
semen is thin and watery.
I was doing masturbation too much but stopped since 2002. some time night fall happens.
I am going to merry now so please hep me to recover from this problem.
