Cold head
My head only feels colder generally but to make it worst this winter, occasionally it gets ice cold. Usually after its exposed to the cold weather. Ice cold drinks (soda with ice) also seem to trigger it.I go take a shelter and it will calm down a little but general coldness of head only remains. No other cold symptoms. Body is nice and warm. No runny nose or sneezing. No cough or chest problems. No other problems than head being cold. I am a Sardar with hair and turban. Though turban is thinnest at the top of head. I am in California where the weather is similar to Punjab and north India. Please help.Balwinder on 2012-11-19

It is very difficult to suggest on the basis of such scanty data. You may take arsenic alb 30 in the morning and evening for three days and see how that affects in next 15 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
