2yr old unwell please help

hi, my 2yr old has been unwell since fri, started out with a temp, previous post:

Hi, My 2yr old daughter has a temp of 38.3 - 38.5. Her symptoms are:
Off her food she has eaten fruit and still drinking, cold hands and feet, her nappies are wetter than normal, clingy and wingy and tired, I called Ainsworths at 4:30 and they advised me to give her Pullsatilla she only had one and this stopped her being clingy and tired but her temp still remains. If someone could please advise on what remedy I should use I would really appreciate it. Thank you

had one Belladonna sat at 11:40am by 9pm temp back to normal.

now her stoles are very watery yellow and sour smelling, as soon as she passes a stole I have to change her as they leak everywhere straight away, she's still off her food but still drinking, she has eaten a little fruit, obviously now I will put her on bland foods. If someone could please help I would be very grateful :)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If she doesn't get well on her own, please give her Phosphoric Acid 30 in the morning and evening for 2-3 days.
