Attention to any Doctor for Cough and Chronic Tonsils

Gender : Boy
Age : 8 yrs
Complexion : White
Hair/Eyecolour : Dark brown
Body type/ Hieght : Healthy / Normal hieght

My son was having evening dry coughs for few days, his nose was also running
time to time, but at night he slept well. today intensity of coughs increased in the
evening and his nose was also running more than yesterday. Cough is;
*Dry (one or two coughs usually)
*Breathing Fast when cough increases
*there is no pain with cough only that breathing increases
*whoop like cough, as before cough he open his full mouth take air in and then coughs.
*Increased coughs causes deep circles round his eyes and his face look tired, yet he
keeps on playing
*At night nose is blocked and stuffy
*Today evening i gave him Ipecac and Antium Tart
*He is asleep now
NOTE:
I also noticed one more thing few days back. His skin on finger tips is peeling,
it dont hurt, but skin beneath that is fresh pink, this peeling of skin starts with small
white circles, his palms skin feel hard and look like palms of an old person, i put
Petrollium Jelly on that but still i see no change.

History:

*He has chronic tonsils
*Once i also saw a tonsil stone on his left which vanished after few days with help of gargles.
*these tonsils usually dont hurt/ dont cause fever
*these are usually passive tonsils, become active with change in weather or season
*Colour of tonsils is some where red some where white, with patterns on it
*His nose usually start running a bit, 2 days before clouds.
*And then nasal polyp also swells(grey/white colour)
*He likes to drink water but not cold
*He likes spicey food maybe he cannot enjoy tastes in food with less spice because of his tonsils.
*He passes stool everyday
*He farts sometime
*As he started with new set of teeth, his new tooth usually come before milk tooth falls, it has
been 3/4 times dentist removed his milk tooth to give place to new one
*yesterday again his tooth was removed.
*When excited or physically active he sweats easily, and sweating makes his body, specially
hands/arms/feet/legs cold.

Kindly suggest some remedy for his current state/ later for his chronic Tonsils as well.

I hope there is successful treatment of chronic Tonsils in Homeopathy.

Best Regards

Hannah

yesterday evening my son took
Spongia 30 for his cough and Asthmatic breathing, at night before going to sleep took one more dose of Spongia 30, at midnight after three doses i couldn't see any progress. Infact his cough became more dry and congested.
In morning I started him with Ipecac again, his cough is different now sounds a bit wet or productive sometime, but cough is not loosening much to make him feel better.

He need proper remedy for his cough and asthmatic breathing.

I am still waiting for any reply
