Acid reflux in infant

My baby has thrown up, grunted, twisted & turned endlessly at night, moves bowels every 2-3 days but gains weight since birth, he's now 4 mos. he was prescribed Zantac, didn't wor. We give him rice cereal in milk, sit him up, give him probiotics-all to no avail. I thought we were done with it for a few wks but it ignited again a couple weeks ago. It's worse during the day, he just grunts and twists/stiffens at night. What should I do?

Please give him Nux Vomica 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects in next few days.

One dose means 2 pills directly in mouth. Or 1 drop dissolved in some water.
