help for sciatica pain in pregnancy and related problems

i m 36 weeks pregnant and have intense pain from left side of my back to the heel of left foot,it is sharp pain and so intense that i can hardly stand and walk.feel relief when my baby moves or by sitting wid pillow support on back or lying on left side.i had urine infection almost every year and also in pregnancy.3.5 years ago had an severe accident and left leg's tebia broken and got operated,a plate fixed and removed in july 2011.left side back pain from start of the pregnancy.sometimes feel relief by applying vintogeno balm.my pre pregnancy weight was 41 kg now i m 50.today's ultrasound shows EFW of 3.2 kg and anterior but not low lying grade 3 mature placenta.baby is in longtitudnal cephalic position.sometimes pain is also present near pubic bone when i walk.urine leakage and bed wetting is also a great problem 4 me from childhood and got worse in pregnancy,urine leaks when i get up from lying or sitting position and when i walk sneez or cough.i think i m pulsatilla type person.plz suggest me remedy for all these problems and for safe and easy normal delivery as i have low hemoglobin levels and afraid of being operated 3rd time.thanx
