Chronic exzema and contact dermatitis

Hello my partner has chronic atopic eczema he also has a rash on his face similar to rosecea which we think is a steroid reaction through years of use. He wants to stop steroid as they have many side effects. I think he has contact dermatitis on his hands face and neck also as they get red and itchy through different tasks and eating certain foods. His hands are very dry leathery and crack and bleed. A homeopath suggested cutting out certain foods and taking probiotics which have not helped. Can you suggest anything?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
E- where are you?-

Dr. Showrav who contributes on here has had very good success
with Atopic eczema- dermatitis etc. He is too busy to be
on here right now but you can put Dr. Showrav in search box- some posts will come up--
when they do click his name. It will take you to his profile .

Hi thanks for your reply.
We're in bangor in northern Ireland. Yes we have been to a local homeopath but I don't think she knows as much as people on this site as the probiotics and food restrictions she said for him to go by havnt made any difference and she was very expensive to go to as we have just had our second child and I'm off on maternity leave we're counting the penny's! As for the steroids - yes he has stopped all together on his face for about 4 months but on his body he sometimes uses a small amount to calm the itch but only as a last resort. I have read many different posts for exzema and I'm wondering can I go by what worked for them as trial and error? I've read great things about arnica and sulphur.
Thanks,
Elaine

Hi-
No , you cannot do other peoples prescriptions bc they
are based on the individual mental, physical and emotional
of that person only.

You can try Joe's therapy bc it is using medicine in
an allopathic way-You have this - take that. You can try it
and I saw you were on the other thread with prescription on it.

If that does not work, I would try emailing dr. showrav-send
him a picture- he will tell you what he thinks treatment should
be-
bc He has had good results in this area.

Best regards,

Okay I read the post again but it doesn't state how many times daily and when to take it and how long for? I read somewhere arnica can cause a reaction in some people is this true? My partner has a lot of allergies many foods make him rashy and inflamed.
Thanks again,
Elaine

I didn't really understand that sorry. So are you saying arnica isn't safe?
Is there anyone else who could review this case?
I'm a bit lost here I hate seeing my partner in this state.
Thanks,
Elaine

No. I am saying Arnica as a HOMEOPATHIC remedy is totally
safe. Bc homeopathic remedies do not have any of the
substance in them.

You have another post on the thread with Joe de Livera
as prescriber of the Arnica.

Joe also has his own separate website and you can go on
that also and ask him how many times a day to take the
Arnica treatment. Sometimes he is very busy on his own site.

Okay thanks. I've emailed him hopefully he can get back to me soon.
I have looked online and I can't find the arnica wet dose in any online stores. I live in the uk so this site does not send here. Do you know any onlinw stores that do?

Thanks

I found 6c arnica tablets though if they work similar?

El_1210 last decade
Hi again,

http://www.joedelivera.com is the site

put eczema into the search box in that site.

a case will come up with directions on it.

6c pills are ok to use- the directions for dry or pills are on
the case- it is 2x a day.

Joe lives in Sri Lanka so the ethanol pack etc is not same as
Western countries. You can go to Helios Homeopathic Pharm- uk
and order arnica 6c in a liquid dilution and make it that way or
the other way.
