This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
day 1 to day 10

Please take the remedies as follows in the morning and evening ....

arnica 30
rhus tox 30
symphytum 30

It is better to have a gap of one hour between arnica and rhus, similarly gap of one hour between rhus and symph. This is not very hard and fast.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

day 11 to day 40

Please take 3 pellets of calc phos 6x in the morning and evening

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
