Stiff neck with occipital headache and strained eyes

Hi I am having a very stiff neck with pain extending to back of the head and tired shoulders. Recently it has gone more worse with little dizziness and trembling in my eye Lids. I can feel the squint or pulse feel on my both eyelids and lately my eyes have started to ache ESP are behind the eyes. I have a computer job and mostly on the screen. So lot of eye fatigue. When I have a stuff neck I also feel tininitis or some time like an echo in the ear, which come suddenly for a second or so and I feel like my head is spinning . If I start to move it gets better.
Some time when it is worse even while eliminating the waste , when I put force in loo I can feel an wave of pain going from my neck to head.
Age 33 , married
Generally a calm personality live and let live nature , not much talkative love nature , outdoor sports , like extreme weather , love thunderstorms Windy weathers.
But bit lazy , many times don't feel like taking bath , have to drag my self to the washroom
Have been taking gelsemium homaccord there has been some relief , but eye stress is as it is and also the twitching in the eye.
Neck is also stiff many times .
I also have lot of dandruff in head and beard.
It sticks to the skin and comes out in big flakes , if scratches the skin bleeds easily.
Please help
