primary amenorrhea

Hello, I am 27 years old woman with primary amenorrhea. Seeking help and advice for infertility. if anyone can give an advice, what medicines to take. I am quite closed, it is sometimes difficult to tell my opinion. childhood had a lot of disagreements with my mother, I felt misunderstood and wrongly accused. my hands and feet usually cold. 10 years i was taking contaceptive pills. now i am taking HRT. If i stop to take hormones, menstrual does not appear, one month after stoping the pills shows symptoms of menopause - hot fluhes , vaginal dryness, reluctance to have sex. looking forward to advice.
fsh is high (30-100), pitutaty normal, thyroid - ok. prolactin also good. just small ovaries.
i am quite tall women. sometimes i have pain on left ovary. thank you

Please take three doses of Lachesis 1M as follows and see how that affects in next 30 days.

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

You should not take any other homeopathic remedy for one month. If you have been taking remedies it is better to have a gap of 15 days and then take Lachesis. You should decide on your own abour taking it now or after HRT.
