How to reduce weight and eat lust ?
Dear Sir,I am 02/02/1979 born having height 5ft 3inches and weighing 81 kg . I did body building exercises 13 years back for more than four years. I have an habit of eating too much and at irregular intervals. Eating chicken and goat meat with some alcohol drink is much regular say thrice in a week. I am strongly build with broad shoulders.

Habit of forgetting things easily, day dreaming, i like favoring dreams to keep myself happy . excretory system is not good use to go to toilet more than four times a day. Sir kindly suggest me homeopathic medicine to reduce weight

Please take three doses of Lycopodium 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose
day 2 morning
3rd dose
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

The first day i took med. i felt like vomiting . But then slowly it at least have reduced my lust for eating. constipation was also there for few days but now its okay . Talking about my digestion its great sir , reduced sound in stomach . But sir i want to reduce my weight further at least up to 60 kgs . 15 more kgs to be reduced sir . Kindly help me. i will wash your feet sir.

Please do breathing exercises suggested by Swami Ramdev to lose your weight. If you repeat lycopodium 200 after feeling better overall, it may lead to side effects. A homeopathic remedy should be repeated only when there is a significant relapse in one's symptoms.
