multiple health issues(complex diseases)

Dear sir,
I am writing my problems as a case taking format for proper guidence.

My details and problem follows:

Present Complaints:

1) I have detected internal growth in the area of the parotid gland the growth is not increasing but it's fixed and feels like cartilage if touched. but it cannot be detected if not touched.

Duration: May be 1 year
Causation: Unknown
Sensation: feels like cartilage and there is no pain if touched or pressed.

2) White ball like things in the right tonsil which are hard and smells bad i searched it in the internet it is ' tonsilloliths' or tonsil stones. Think of them as kind of a sort of throat plaque.

Causation: unknown
Duration: it returns in few months of interval
sensation: pain in the throat and when i remove the white things using finger or tooth pick the pain goes away and feels relief.

Modality:
Aggravation: eating
Amelioration: hot drink(tea), taking out the white thing from tonsil

3)I easily get cold and my nose get blocked and stay blocked many days even my nose blocked after the cold cures and the phlegm also smells putrid when i breathe.

4) headache and sometimes vertigo.

headache happens if i travel too much in bus, wathching tv for long hours and also from any mental exertion.

Headache generally happens in the evening and after sleeping in the night it goes away in morning.

Modality: Aggravation: watching tv, talking in cell phone,
Amelioration: pressing the head, sleep

5)constipation, sometimes itching in the anus while passing stool, i had tumour operation in my anus when i was 5-6 yrs old. My anus get torned if stool is too hard and very few amount of blood comes with stool .and swelling and pain happens which stays for 2-3 hrs.
