Bacillinum 200 for stuffy nose

I have a 2.5 year old son who has developed seasonal allergies. Mostly at night he gets a stuffy nose which disrupts his sleep. He will toss and turn. So far he has displayed his constitutional as a Pulsatilla. We will give him his constitutional when it gets bad but I've been hearing about Bacillinum 200 given one time (maybe two times but only after 2 - 3 weeks) for a stuffy nose.

Is it okay to give it to a toddler? I also read that this is a remedy if he doesn't have any other symptoms but he also has eczema on his wrists and behind his knees.

I also heard of tissue salts. Would this be helpful too?

We really want to find a remedy to help him with this so we all can get a good night's sleep.
