Cystic acne before ovulation

Hi, I'm 37 and about a year ago started getting this terrible cystic acne on my chin on about day 11 of a 28 day cycle. It lasts right through to about day 1 of period when it clears up.

Ive tried a few things like drinking lugols iodine solution in water daily, vitex for about 8 months & eliminating foods from diet without success. The only thing that worked a couple of times was spearmint tea (2 cups for 5 days from day 5-day 10). Too much started to give me bad headaches.

Last year they were mostly on the left hand side of chin. This year on the right hand side of chin.

There's no way I can squeeze them as they're embedded so deep and they hurt to press.

I'm sensitive to the cold and get freezing cold hands and feet often.

I do tend to worry alot and feel anxious.

Ultrasound 2 years ago showed polycystic appearance on left ovary, then last year the ultrasound showed both normal ovaries with no polycystic appearance.

No evidence of PCOS on blood tests.

Borderline hypothyoid. My TSH levels were just slightly below normal.

Was prescribed thyroxine by gynocologist suggesting i need levels increased for successful IVF. Took about a month's dose (1 pill every 2nd day), then stopped it as i found it made my hands and feet colder.

Never used to like sweets or desserts. Now i love them. I do prefer savoury food though.

I suffer from slow digestion and constipation quite often, especially when eating too many bread or starchy products.

I try to only have fruit for breakfast.

Dinner meals are always the largest meal of the day.

I have always loved cheese, but usually have the harder cheeses like parmesan, sometimes cheddar a few times a week.

Havent had homeopathic medicine before but hear great reports on success so keen to try.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Calcarea Carb 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine

Thanks for this. I will try this asap. Interestingly, this cycle there is hardly any cystic acne. Only one small pustule on right hand side formed on day 11. It is now day 16.
The only few thinsg I have changed is no bread, just fruit for breakfast or gluten free bread a couple of days a week.
Also reduced drinking boiled water from plastic kettle. Increased fruit intake.
Still drinking alcohol some nights and eating sweet treats after dinner.

Should I try the Calcarea Carb 200 to get rid of this last spot and prevent the cystic acne from forming again, or wait till I have the next flair up?

Starngely same time last year, I got the cystic acne really badly from May until September, then it cleared up in September. I thought it was because I had removed some work stress at that time last year.

Can you recommend anything to help improve fertility? They suspect I may have endometriosis even though I dont have any symptoms (except bloated stomach and occasional stabbing pain before period SOME months, not every month).

thank you,
Katie
