Recurring Pilonidal cyst after two surguries

Hello
I have read through previous posts about this topic and wonder if I can follow the standard remedies given to others or if I have to take the questionare before given a suggested treatment?

A little about myself, I am 44 year old woman. I first suffered from pilonidal cyst when I was 17. Surgery performed, wound left open to drain. After a year of leaving open, consulted another doctor, surgery performed and wound stitched closed. No problem for many years. I suffered from hemeroids and was using hot sits baths to releave pain, seemed like hot water loosened scar, created opening and bacteria entered. Scar area became inflamed and came to head, drained pus and closed. Now, for several years, I am suffering from this cycle. Area becomes inflamed, burst to head and drain for several days. Close for few days only to repeat cycle. I visit doctor only to recommend third surgery. I do not want to go under knife any more and prefer homeopathic remedy.
Any of your thoughts and advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Gol
