Help,do I have yeast infection?

I have had this symptones since 2008.
Halitosis,Body odor, itchy scalp and hairloss(small pimples from time to time),
nasal swelling, hyperhidrosis
and I catch cold 2 or 3 times a month(I presume its due to weak immune system).

It has been 4 years and I still haven't figured out what is wrong with me.
I am 20 yrs old male.
