My four years old son who has a history of G6PD had a severe diarrhea 3 weeks ago that lasted for 4 days. After that I noticed that he doesnt want to poop in the toilet (he is potty trained and everything was fine) and that each time he poops he shows pain on his face, so I took him to the doctor and found out that he has external piles. The doctor prescribed a cream with a tube and advised I should use it for a week but this cream doesnt seem to help. After researching, I discovered that homeopathy can cure that. Any idea which remedy should I give him? Please also note that all my remedies are 30C.Thanks a lot, appreciate your help :)

He will study and give you a prescription. Usually they are for only
a few days and then you report back. Each time you report back
you list all mental and physical things for son ( even if you already
said them) he uses that to determine the next prescription- it is
a process that has some layers to heal and may require more than
one remedy.

Has anyone prescribed any remedy for the child yet?
Please look and describe to me the external pilesin detail. What do you see at the anal area right now and after each BM?
Is there any bleeding?
Any pus and its color?
If the pain is there only at BM time?

Describing the rectum:
first time I saw it, it was like a tiny piece of flesh with an end like a match that was totally out of its place (it was right after the BM time) and it was scary with its root inflamed.
Now it's inside but the root a bit inflamed with a reddish color.
No bleeding so far.
No pus obvious in his panty but the stool looks like if he has a cough (you know when they are sick you find some mucous in their stool) and the colour of the stool is light brown and sticky (sorry for being gross)
He is a silent sufferer and doesn't express the pain but it shows on his face when he actually does it. Today he passed gas and the stool came out with it.
The doctor has subscribed an ointment called: Procto-Glyvenol, he advised to put the long tube inside and do a circular move while pressing on the tube and then put some of it outside too on the inflamed area. We started since Saturday night twice per day but I don't see improvements so far.

So, the ext. pilescome out at the time of BM. Do these go back inside automatically or someone has to push them back inside?

I am not sure I will be able to get the 200 C as they are closed during the month if Ramadan but I do jave the remedy in 30 C pellets. Can this work?

'30 C pellets' will not do a good job, but, please go ahead considering the 200C liquid form unavailability right now. Please dissolve 2 pellets in one teaspoonful of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 5 days.
