Dr Nawaz Khan- Please help with Dog's severe nose bleed

I have a 13-year old dog who suddenly started bleeding from his left nostril about a week ago. The bleeding was continous with sneezing every hour in which he was spitting lots of thick, dark, blood clots. We took him to the vet who did an x-ray of his left nostril, but the diagnosis was inconclusive (various guesses-sinusitis, tumour, blood clotting issues, dental abycess). The vet put him on antibiotics (amoxycillin) but no change. Two days ago, I started giving him Phosphorus 30ch and Belladona 30ch- both 3 pallets 3 time a day and started keeping ice packs. Since then he has improved- although the blood is still trickling a little, his sneezing out blood is much less. He did not sneeze at all last night but when he woke up, he sneezed several clots and his left side of the nose bridge was swollen.
My dog has no history of any ailments. He has no history of any discharge/bleeding before this. He was in perfect health running around like a puppy. But now he is very lethargic and not sleeping well at all. He did not sleep for the first 5 days of bleeding.
Would be very grateful for any suggestions. He looks sad and miserable and I would like to give him as much comfort as I can in this difficult time. Please advise on what medications can I give him to stop the bleeding completely, help with lethargy and sleeping better. Thanks in advance
