Abdominal Pain/Pelvic Pain/Fatigue

Hi there,

I am a female, 32 yrs old. Single.

I have had abdominal pain for several years, including bloating, pain (dull), irritable bowel, diarrhea, malabsorption and have decreased most allergen food in my diet.

I have heavy bleeding during my period and a short cycle (about 24-25 days). I get cramping during my period and ovary pain throughout my cycle. The doctor thinks I recently had an ovarian cyst burst. I have to take medication to decrease the bleeding. I also have cervical pain.

It is very hard for me to get up and I am still tired throughout the day. Hard to exercise consistently.

I usually have low iron.

I have also gained 15-20 lbs.

Please help!

Thank you.
