Post Bronchitis - Rhinitis and Asthma symptoms

Hello, I have a little girl who has severe inflammation of the whole respiratory tract. We live in London and this is what has been happening:

She had viral bronchitis in early April.
No medication. Then she had early signs of bacterial infection of the bronchi and sinuses. She took ammoxicillin (sorry I was abroad and this was all I could get).
When we returned to the UK she developed a very bad cough which was almost like whooping cough. She was given Pertussin30c and Drosera 30c. She did not get better so we tried Hepar Sulphur 30c and Thuja 200c. Things got even worse so i had to revert to allopathy. She is now on Beclometazone inhaler and Beclometasone nose spray.

Her current symptoms are as follows: 1) Too much phlegm postnasally which she swallows and vomits (app 50 ml every hour - Rhinits symptom). This is very slimy, clear with bubbles. All day, not at night.
2) Asthmatic cough and clearing of throat with thickish phlegm. Gets worse when she runs around or gets excited. Thick clear phlegm.
3)Explosive coughs with very thick white phlegm almost like custard. (then she cant breathe and gets a red face and sometimes i have to give her a blue inhaler (Ventolin) - she says her throat is very painful, stings and closes so she fights for breath. Sometimes just breathing slightly colder air she gets a coughing fit of this type.

She is on Carc.30c and Cort 30c but I feel that even though her symptoms are reduced they have only really been suppressed by the allopathic Beclo. and that these are also not improving her condition.

I have now done my own research and found that her symptoms match Ipecac and Bryonia. However I do not know if this is correct nor what strength or manner to give them to her.

She has mild eczema and in the past has had non-allergic asthma after colds, but not as bad as this one.

She is typically:

Has a sweaty head when sleeping and physical heat in general.
Difficulty falling asleep.
A desire for things salty and for chocolate
Internal restlessness and fidgetiness.
Talent and creativity. Love of dancing and acting.
Gets upset and defensive when reprimanded.

I would be so grateful if anyone could give me some help as myself and the medics are very puzzled.
