LM´s and Centesimals

Dear All,
Could an LM potency work, when the centesimals (low, medium and high) has been tried without effect?

Very unlikely. The potency scale does not affect whether a medicine works or not, although it can effect how well it works. If the simillimum has been chosen correctly, any potency will have some benefit, but until the right potency has been hit you will not see cure.
