remedy for improving low spam count.
Dear all,can any one help me for this problems?
I'm going to plan a baby. But I've very low spam count due to over masturbation (1 times daily for 10 years before marriage life). In homeopathy is there any effective & safe remedy which can helps to increase my spam count???
How long I should take such kind of remedy?? I'm going to plan a baby in the middle of this month. So is there any specific remedy which can increase my spam count??? My height is 5'10', weight is near 71 Kg.
Please if possible then help me..... Fivephos or other biochemic combinations can help me??

i would suggest you to use selenium 6 three times before every meal and diamina Q after every meals 10 drops 3 times dr ahmed

Is there any problem that in the same times I'm taking your suggested remedy and will do intercourse with my wife for planing a baby????
