I have been taking two a night for the past 3 nights. They have REALLY helped but I want to make sure it's ok to continue taking them long term.

Remedies like Natrum Mur, Lycopodium, Arsenic Album start proving (showing adverse affects) if taken for long. All the remedies sart proving after sometime but the above prove very quickly & may lead to depression & hopelessness.

It is better to use this medicine for some days & then put a gap of a week or so & most probably your sleeping habbit will be on the right track in a week. Use it on irregular basis with gaps of few days untill your sleeping habbits are adjusted.

Thank you - it's good I asked because the company advises to take whenever you want and for however long.

Those companies understand absolutely nothing about homoeopathy, and most likely do not even believe in it. They are just making money from you. As far as they are concerned you are taking water so who cares what instructions they give you.
However, the reality is homoeopathy is quite powerful, and needs to be applied carefully to avoid side effects.
