RAHIQ- please help. Root canal, extraction, or heal dying nerve/tooth with homepathy
HISTORY: two weeks ago I went into dentist for two toothaches in molars (2nd to last molar on lower right which had 15 yr old amalgam filling and a gold crown, and 3rd to last molar on lower left). Xray showed great decay under crown on right, and also a deep cavity on left tooth, both said to be right at pulp/nerve depth.I had decay removed and fillings placed, plus a temporary crown on the right tooth. During decay and amalgam removal, the drill hit the pulp/nerve on both teeth and initiated pulpitis which caused me horrible terrible pain plus swelling for the next 5 days.
After much use of homepathics, essential oils, herbal remedies, the pain and swelling subsided and I went into a new dentist who sent me to an endodontist to get teeth tested for nerve/tooth death. They did the percussion and cold air tests and said both teeth need to be extracted or root canal.
Both teeth upon touch feel a little tender the last couple days, but no pain or swelling and no tooth abscess thruout this whole ordeal.
QUESTION: I have read up on homeopathics for teeth issues but I do not know if there is anything I can take at this point to help save my teeth. First, the RCT will cost me $2,600. Second, I dont think I want my nerves/roots messed with. It doesnt seem safe. And id rather not have teeth pulled if there is a chance that homeopathics with help.
please please I need some advice. I have tried several naturpaths in my area (washington state) and none seem all too educated on homepathy for this issue I have. I forget the name, buy I read in this forum that I should post this message with a certain persons name who is the best homepathic person here!! Racjik maybe?? I cant recall...

You might want to go thru posts to see if he has had
anything on teeth nerves.

I know there are remedies that stop further decay of
teeth, but as far as I know homeopathy cannot
restore dead nerves-it will be interesting to see
what he says. Even with a root canal there can be
underlying not resolved nerve problems and the
body can be fighting low grade infection which then
leads to all sorts of odd things, as in people I know
having panic attacks bc they did not have enough
energy to cope with stress ( the infections were hard
to find but once tooth was removed they were back
to their normal functioning)

I'm wondering if Junebug77 or Rahiq ever came back on, as I currently am in the same predicamant -- excruciating pain for days after a permanent crown put on a tooth, and dentist saying that there was trauma to the tooth during procedure, and now the nerve is dying, and that there is NOTHING I can do because the swollen nerve has cut off blood supply that might otherwise heal it, and tooth must be removed or root canal done. As
As a person with a chronic disease (lupus) as well as a couple of other immuno-compromising health conditions, I would like to do ANYTHING I can to prevent this outcome. Would love to hear from folks who have had experience here -- Thx!
