sir my child is 3 months older and he is suffer from fistula in ano near to anus from last 2 months sir phys and surgeons suggest for surgery so help me its possible in homeopathy treatment without surgery and which option you suggest mewaiting ur reply imran ahmed

sir im from pakistan and my child age is 3 months male and waight is 5 kg and fistula is near to his anus climate is hot and the problem since last 2 months

sir its too small in size like pimple on face and also have redness and its some time leaks when pus comes and pus colour is yellow and in 1st time when its fistula made its pain full but 2nd time and till now its not the pain full and its right side of hipps sir waiting for reply plz help me
