Help Needed in sex problem.

Hello Doctor,

I am 28 Years Age Male seeking help in sex problem.

My details:

Age: 28
Sex:Male
Hight: 5'11
weight: 68
complexion: wheatish
Nationality: indian

Problem history and description:
My penis size small about 5 inch long and its not straight but is is like a curve, I started masturbation since the age of 15. I used to watch porn. I never had sex before marriage.
I married 4 years back and Had a kid since 2 years. My problem is having longer erection. my erection will be fine when I have foreplay but when I start intercourse I will loose erection in 30 to 40 seconds or not more than 5 to 6 strokes. I tried different ways of having sex but all the times I failed to get it right. I want to have long and enjoyable sex where me and my wife get satisfied.
Because of my problem, I am unable to satisfy my wife (Thought she never complained) .
to overcome this I am using viagra pills like manforce or suhagra which giving temporrary solution to my erection problem. when I use viagra tablets I will be able to have sex for more than 3 to 4 mins and about 20 strokes. but taking these pills will giving me problem with giddiness and acidity next day. I want to have preeminent cure for this.

Please help me with periminent cure for my problem and also please suggest me with some remedies which act like viagra to help me getting immediate effect.

Please let me know if there is any Homeopathic Questionnaire to diagonise my issue so that I can give answers.
