Lekoria
Dear Dr,iam suffering from the disease lekoria, for which i ve taken many remedial measures but it didnt effect me. i got pregnant but after three months it was lapsed. my husband face a severe pain after discharge which no one could understand and cure the disease. help me if you got it.

i face it daily but intensity increases it becomes sticky thick transparent after mensis, it is always white sometimes offwhite after mensis, no burning no itching no pain no problem at all,
My menstural cycle has disturbed after D &C, it starts with spotting and bleeding after 3 days.
There were fabroids in my chest which i operated 2 years before, it was clear.
I am adjustable, not moody, easily managed. Appearance is fine not fat, normal. everything is normal

Ok get Natrium Mur-200c & Alumina-30c. Take Natrum Mur on Alternate days i.e 3 doses a week and take Alumina 30c once daily. Report after a week.
Dosage:
1 dose = 5 drops in half cup of water 30 minutes before or after meal. (take Natrum Mur in the morning & Alumina in the evening)
Note: avoid coffee as much as possible.

Yes Dr.im using the prescribed medicine, ive taken 3 doses of natrium mur-200c, and alumina as well. There is some improvement but i cant say it 100%, you said me to report after week, further 2 doses are left. I have to carry on the doses or there is some chnage in it?

Please elaborate how much improvement u are feeling? Mention the slightest improvement that u feel & also don't hesitate in clearly telling the situation even if u don't feel any improvement at all..
I overlooked the symptoms of your husband earlier. Can you further explain in detail, so that I may study his case as well?

Dr. i started use isbaghol and shakar in early morning for lekoria, before taking medicine. Meanwhile i started this medicine recommended you. There is alot of decrease in lekoria as it was before. Now it seems off n on, as it was on daily basis before taking this.
But the problem actually faced is that my husband feels alot of pain during intercourse with me, but not if discharges by himself. so there is no relation between us which has created a lot of tetntion for us. no one could understand this problem. ive taken alot of medicine but in vain no result. we dont undersatnd what actually the reason. in start after marriage when i concieve, pain was light but intensity of pain increased after my D&C. with a traetment from multiple Doctors we were unable to cure the pain. If you understand kindly, suggest whts actually it is.

Glad to hear that there is significant improvement in just one week.
You have to keep using Alumina-30c for another 15 days atleast. It is a slow acting medicine but has the ability to cure deep rooted diseases that gradually develop over years. It is quite logical that diseases that grow slowly have slow healing process too, so don't worry. This medicines is perfect to cure the complications of D&C but as stated earlier, it will take time & we may need to revise the potency & frequency of dosage after 15 days.
Also after completing the first week as prescibed earlier, keep using Natrum Mur-200c once in 7 days for a month or so. i.e. one dose per week for a month at least (four doses in a month). Avoid taking too much salt.
These two medicines are perfect for your symptoms. Just have patience & faith & you will be fine with the grace of Allah (Inshallah).
Now coming to your husband's case:
1- Where does he feel pain; in the penis, left testicle, right testicle
2- What type of pain it is?
3- How the pain feels like? (cutting, pinching etc... he might be able to explain better in his own words)
4- Physical description of your husband (i.e age, weight, height, colour, complexion)
5- Mental state of your husband (Happy, easy going, hopeful, gloomy, optimistic or pessimistic, aggressive, introvert or extrovert, his behaviour with you etc...)
6- Anything else notable & worth mentioning.
If possible ask him to explain in detail the above points & then you may narrate his feelings & conditions in detail here.

He feels pian in penis after discharge, its worst cutting pain unbearable. His age is 34, height 5-5' and weight 64 and color complexion is white.
He sometimes pessimistic, agressive and somtimes loose temper but generally he is easy going, but this problem has created depression in him. He is taking medicine now a days for ulcer, he was feeling pain in stomach while eating spices

Ok so when he feels pain in the stomach, does he try to bend forward while pressing his stomach with his hands or the pain is not of that intensity?

Well, at this stage, I would suggest you to keep using the above mentioned remedies as prescribed while putting aside the case of your husband for some time. I have some remedies for him in my mind that I have noted down with me but I want to see if the pain is related to the D&C or not. Things will be more clear during the next 15-20 days. Meanwhile, I would again stress you to follow the prescriptions & take the medicines strictly on time. Also please report the progress frequently & whenever you feel there is any noteworthy changes.

Im fine and taking medicine as you have prescribed.
Two which i want to ask are:
I feel pain in my pelvis at right side whenever i do hard work or washing clothes, im feeling this pain right after my D & C. ive taken different antibiotics but in vain. There is nothing in ultraxound. i am unable to understand.
Secondly i want know what ratio sperm is required for a healthy pregnancy. My husbnad's excellent ratio wa 25% one year ago. Is it a healthy ratio?
Two which i want to ask are:

Im taking alumina in the evening and natrium murr once in a week. discharge was there after 10 days of mensis with thick sticky fluid. I feel that it may be normal. But after that i didnt feel any discharge. Guide me.
