Dog with ear infection

Hi I am trying to figure out a remedy for a dog with chronic ear and eye infections.

His ears are
Hot
Sore
smelly - sickly sour smell like sour milk
Discharge is brown/close to black.
Very itchy always rubbing and scratching
Very Painful.

His eyes
Are extremely sore even seems sore to Blink
Pus from his eyes are THICK, CREAMY almost green - like a childs runny nose.
They are cleaned daily but run again after a few hours.
They become crusty.

I was thinking Sulphur even Pulsatilla -
Just wanting some thoughts.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please start with Sulphur later you may give Pulsatilla, Graphites, arsenic alb one by one.
