Ichthyosis

My brother is suffering from Ichthyosis which is by birth and as per symtoms it matches with "lamellare type of Ichthyosis", he is told to be a collodian boy.
Nowadays, problem is sever as his skin is peeling off from all over the body leaving red, raw skin and putting itching complaint too. He is also having fever alternatively in a day or so and it ranges to 99 to 102 Degree. He is as such not able to attend his school.
Kindly keep me updated for any medical remeadis whether Allopathic, Homeopathic, Ayurvedic or Naturopathy.

If the problem affects the palms of the hands it is likely to be very difficult to deal with.

Is there any TB or Psoriasis in the family history.

The only external application should be olive oil.

Is he---
Tidy untidy.
Plump or slim.
Likes COLD drinks.
Likes sweet things.
Avoids confrontation at all costs.
If he drinks does he sip or gulp a quantity-
Is the condition worse in daylight or nightime.
Is he better in the mountains.
