right inguinal hernia
My elder god brother is diagnosed as 'right inguinal hernia' at right groin region. While standing it comes out visible and sometimes becomes more hard with pain when more gas and acidity otherwise less hard with no pain. when lie down it is not visible, while sitting it is visible to some extent. pain only when becomes hard. It is diagnosed 4 months back. and also from last four months some feeling o slight pain in the stomach and used to relieve from antacid and omez-20.since last 7 to 8 years stomach does not clear fully constipation, gas moves in stomach, sometimes burning sensation of in food pipe, difficult to walk as pain in knees. passes stool once a day but not fully comes out, semi solid stool, sometimes greenish in color and brown and blackish usually. too much weakness in body.
Weight - 62kg
height - 5ft 10 inch
age: 65
two times para-typhoid at the age of 15-16 age within the ime gap of 10 days, big pox at the age of 14.

Please take three doses of Lycopodium 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 7 days (only 3 doses in 7 days).
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

I spoke to the patient and he is saying it is very difficult to stop other medicines as he troubles with gas and pain in abdomen if not take antacid or other ayurvedic medicines he is taking, what is the alternative now, lot of gas, acidity and pain travels in stomach. also if he does not take ayurvedic medicines he is taking hernia grows bigger and hard.

There is no change in condition. is there a complete cure possible because there is a hole I suppose in hernia cases which needs surgery. Please comment.

Your brother is advised to go in for surgery for his Inguinal Hernia ASAP. This surgery is now done on an OPD basis but it is best to stay in hospital overnight. All Inguinal Hernias are repaired using the Mesh technique and it must be done by an experienced surgeon.
With all respect to Kadwa, there is absolutely no possibility of a Hernia being cured by Homeopathic remedies. This is a surgical case and one must accept facts that Homeopathy has its limits.
He can take Arnica 30c in the Wet dose twice daily for a week prior to surgery and will continue to take it every 3 hours on the day of surgery and on day 2 he will revert to the twice daily routine. He will discover that he does not need any analgesic after surgery as the Arnica will take over and will also ensure an overnight recovery.
Your brother will also use the therapy below for his GERD.
The therapy I have prescribed to hundreds of patients who presented GERD is copied below and the large majority of patients whom I have treated have been helped while many have been cured.
The remedies used are as follows:
Nat Phos 6x dose 3-4 tablets taken immediately after each of 2 meals
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.

If you suffer from a stomach ache or you feel your stomach puffing up before a meal during the day between meals this is usually due to hunger pains, caused by your gastric juices attacking the inner wall of your stomach. The simple remedy is to eat some food like a biscuit or a banana to keep the gastric juice away from digesting the stomach wall when you will experience a stomach ache which in some cases can be very acute.
You must drink at least 3 liters of liquids, preferably water daily and you must also exercise for at least hald hour daily to sweat it out as this is all part of my therapy to overcome GERD.

distill water avail at medicine shops can be used if spring water is not avail?
how much is 3cm in gms?
First dose 3 drops added to water and one capfull is taken then for next dose again 3 drops should be added to the rest of water and then shake and to be taken? Please explain this process as I am new to to this.

I have not weighed the water in a bottle as it is easier to express my instructions in Cm. The idea is to ensure that there is some airspace in the bottle to permit the water to be aerated when shaken or succussed prior to taking a dose.
First dose 3 drops added to water and one capfull is taken then for next dose again 3 drops should be added to the rest of water and then shake and to be taken? Please explain this process as I am new to to this.
You will NOT add the 3 drops before each dose.
