Remedy questions maybe Brisbane homeopath may like to answer or anyone with different views

Hi to anyone interested in answering I am very confused at the different ways different homeopathy choose to treat things!
For instance if I were to ring Ainsworths they may say alternate pulsatilla with dros with half hour gaps
Others say this stops the remedy you first used from working and from my experience if I were to give a remedy and by the next day decide its not working and give a different one then the new one over writes the old one and I have witnessed this a few times,
Also one homeopath I had says just 1 30c is enough to see a difference and if you start to notice a setback he changes the remedy and thinks by redosing with the same remedy and strength will not work but again I have seen this work and have another homeopath may say repeat the 30c a few times, this confuses me the way some use more than one remedy and still think it works and also you can buy croup sprinkles which contain a number of different remedies so how does this work?
Thank you to anyone that can explain this to me

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You are asking for all of Homeopathy
to be explained here and the different
way practioners treat people, which
there are many arguments about it.

You would need an entire book to
answer this. So if you want to get a
grasp on all of this , you need to
study homeopathy.

Dosage is individualised. We don't have standard, mechanical dosing in homoeopathy. The pharmacies do not give out proper advice, they are just shopfronts and you should not take their advice as you would from a health professional.

Each patient has their own reactions to remedies, their own needs for potency and frequency of dosing. You will not be able to find a 'one rule for all' situation in homoeopathy - it runs against the very principles of our medicine.

A homoeopath gains experience in the use of potencies and dosage so that they can adapt treatment to the patient before them. This is why you should always have someone with training and experience to guide you through each important health event.

There are some things that you said that are definitely wrong though. The same remedy and potency SHOULD ALWAYS be repeated when there is a relapse. Anyone who changes remedies straight away is a fool, and those fools ruin homoeopathy's reputation.

There are a lot of poorly trained homoeopaths around. There are even more completely untrained homoeopaths who like to make up the rules as they go. It is a sad situation but as the consumer you have to educate yourself properly to avoid being taken in by them.

There is only one homoeopathy. There are many different principles and guidelines within our medical system to deal with different situations. You shouldn't see those different principles as different 'types'. Homoeopathy is a flexible, highly individualised system that can adapt to many kinds of problems. But you must also adhere to particular principles if you want homoeopathy to truly cure.
