dysentery

i have desectry problem for a month.I have consulted with a local homeopathy doc he gave me colo 30,nux 30,and kurchi Q,then it stopped temporarily,but after stopping the medicine,it started again.Then again i consulted with allopathy doc he gave me 5 day course.But then also the problem is not solved.Now it is becoming a regular problem.Before stool comes out I feel a severe pain in my lower ab-domain.I should say one important point here that in summer the problem of indigestion,acidity and dysentery all problems are aggravated..plz help

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Natrum Carb 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects.
