adult acne..plz help

hi m anu 25 yr old female, i never use to hv acne ever.... a few months back i had three pipmles on my face..in oredr to treat it went to a dermatologist who gave me antibiotic and a topical cream whic hd hydroquinine nd a face wash which had sylicalic acid in it..i dint suit me at all.... due to d topical cream my skin became sensitive and i had a breakout... pus pimples appeared on my face... thn i went to see a homeopath... i am taking homeopathic treatment since 11 december 2011..... while taking d medicine i hd frequent breakouts.... which disturbed me alot... thn someone told me tht it might b due to 'homeopathic aggravation' since thn 3months hv passed my acne hs improved... bt i do get one or two pimles every week....i get pus pimples and they are red and painful.. doctor has given me multiple medicines... i am only aware of one of the medicine... a tincture known as 'berberris acquifolium' 10 drops in the morning and 10 drops at nite i take it with other medicines which he gives me..... my question is will my acne get permanently cured with homeopathy?? i really want to get rid of it as early as possible coz i hv my wedding in nov. and i hate acne coz i never ever use to have it..... :(
