Obesity

Hi..My name is Deepthi.Actually this is my sister's problem.

She has been suffering from thyroid from the past 4,5 years.She took some medicines also.Fortunately,Thyroid is normal for her from the last 6 months...But the thing is she gained weight lot in the last 2 years.she is 19 years old now.N her hight is 5'5' n weight above 75 kgs.We all have been worrying for her problem.She goes for walking about 2 kms everyday n doing excerises daily.but still she did nt lose weight.We lost hope for that prblem.
Can u please please suggest her an appropriate medicine?
