If your menses are scanty and last for only few days...

Please take three doses of Conium 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

If your menses are NOT scanty, please take Lycopodium 200 as above instead of Conium 200.

Hi there-
Please follow Kadwa's advice.
Are you in any kind of therapy for
this- like therapist that specializes
in panic attacks?

I was agoraphobic for 5 years (pretty
much in the house all that time)
I finally found therapist who
had a group education of all her patients
with this problem - I learned the root
causes and how to deal with them
and general causes that everyone
has when they have one then it
starts to feel like it multiplies. The homeopathic remedy is a godsend
on the mental and physical level
bc in some cases a shock of some
sort started this off and a remedy
just basically erases it if given soon
enough and then it is like one hour
you are upset and then next hour
it is nothing and you don't have
to deal with the therapy etc etc- you
just feel right.

If you want to ask me anything
about this - feel free.

Best to you.

My menses are not scant. . .they are about 35 days apart. It is heavy for about 3 days and nearly stops and then starts again lighter. Some other information that may be helpful. . .I am a smoker, I am on an antidepressant, my urine has had a bad odor for about a year now. It almost smells like liquid smoke or burnt chemicals of some kind. (I know weird) I also have TMJ. I prefer sleeping on my stomach. ..mostly because my extremeties are usually freezing cold and I tuck them under myself to get warm.

Simone. . .I have been in therapy before and have tried several other modalities. I am not completely agoraphobic. . .as in I do leave home to go to work (a safe place), but as soon as I step outside I am very uneasy. Benzo';s help but I am really against taking them and want to take something that may help fix the problem and not mask them. The antidepressant I feel like I am stuck on for now. . .it may help the depression some. . .but I have read the horror stories of people going off them and it scares the heck out of me!

Hi- ok this is not simple anxiety
like it sounded in your first post.
You need to look at some of the
case taking forms on here and
put in your entire case.

Some homeopaths work with you
while you are on medications,
some want you off medications.
I don't know what Kadwa does
on the above.- and list the drugs
you are taking now.

I also went to work, my thing
was caused by a shock and if
I had known about homeopathy then
I would not have had to go for
years with escalation. You are
on the right track here but you
have to give all the info bc otherwise
it gives a distorted view of what is
going on.

Also consider the option of working
with a senior homeopath who
has had success with cases like yours.

I don't know where you are, but
it can perhaps be done in person,
or on skype, or phone.

In person is best depending on
what level of people you have in
your area. One person to call is
Dr. Judyth Reichtenbery Ullman-
look up her site- she and her husband
are famous homeopaths and
whether she would take your
case via phone ( she is in Washington)
or direct you to someone else
that would be a good place to start
-There are also homeopath psychiatrists- one in NYcity can't remember his name but he had
3 cases after 911 of panic attacks
depression , etc each person was
a completely different remedy bc
the remedies in this arena depend
on your totality as a person. All three
were cured.

I just understand how difficult this
is since I have been thru it.

I live in Indiana. When you say 'You need to look at some of the case taking forms on here and put in your entire case'. . .do you mean the questionnaire in the forum introduction?

Hi-look at the 21 question or more
Parakletos has for the Desert Storm
Post, that is on there now, or
click on Parakletos name on that post
and see other post RE: Request help
with Stress/Anxiety/fear.

having some issues with computer and
can't see exactly what the other form has
on it.

This way , Kadwa or whoever can
look at this and make a more
accurate prescription if you want
to try this online.

Hi, don't know where you are Indiana-
(I am from midwest originally)
but I saw Center for wholism
corrine carpenter- classical homeopath=bloomfield??
and acupuncturist - looks like
she has 20 years of experience.
In person lets them use all their tools,
plus the chinese medicine experience
also can only help. Going to someone
in person is what everyone says
is the optimal choice if you can
afford it. I used classical homeo
Md's for me and my children,
lucked out bc they were only 4 blocks
from my office.

Just want you to have more info on
the options.

best- simone

Since no one is replying I think
that means Kadwa believes
you should take his first prescription.

Then write him back with your results. He
will change it if needed.

Hi- I also wanted to tell
you that there is a new book
released-Homeopathic treatment
of Anxiety and depression- by
Judyth Reichenberg-Ullman- right now
you can find it on Narayana Publishing (
don't see it anywhere else yet)

Also great website is the above author
healthyhomeopathy dot com if you
click under patient care? it gives
a great overview plus cases on how
homeopathy works.

You can also go to minimumbooksdot
com and authors you are interested in
all have a forum with other homeos
and people asking questions.

The midwest seems to be fairly
empty of practioners and I am not
surprised-even Texas has many
people!! Dr. Ullman treats people
by phone worldwide- don't let
the midwest limit your options.

regards, simone
