Hypothyroide

My wife is having hypothyroidism for last 12 years and taking 75micrograms eltroxin daily then onwards.
I want some homeopathy treatment for her please suggest?

1) What is your Location/age/sex/height/weight? What is your JOB-WORK?
2) Duration of illness?
3) Chief Complaints?
4) How is your Thyroid functioning?
5) Do you have Diabetes?
6) Do you have Digestion Problem?
7) How is your Bowl movement?
8) Do you feel thirsty? How many glasses of water you drink every day?
9) Do you feel good in warm or cold or humid climate?
10) Are you having any stress? Describe it.
11) Do you get normal sound sleep?
12) Explain in detail about you mood?
13) Any problem with you periods? (For females)
- Are the periods early, regular or late in general? How long do they last?
- Do you suffer from any kind of physical or mental discomfort before, during or after the periods?
- Is the flow scanty, normal or excessive?
- Is the blood thick bright red or pale watery?
- Do you notice any clots in the flow?
14) Any past medical problem which you would like to share the information?
15) List of medicine in use at present?
16) Do you exercise daily? Or any other physical activity.
17) How is your Cholesterol level?
18) What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
19) How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
20) Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?

1)Ghaziabad,India/40 years/F/5ft,6inches/62Kg/ House Wife

3) Body pain, lithagic, not active, negative thoughts
4) T3 & T4 OK but TSH is controlled with Eltroxin
5) No Diabetes
6) Sometimes Digestion Problem
7) NA
8) 3-4 glass of water daily
9) Not good in warm or cold or humid climate, But better in spring and automn?
10) Not having any stress but I take any small problem seriusly and feel stressed.
11) Sometimes no sound sleep?
12) Generally not good mood?
13) sometimes irregular and early periods. They last for 6-8 days.
- Do you suffer from any kind of physical or mental discomfort before, during or after the periods? Yes irritable and with pain.
- Is the flow scanty, normal or excessive? slightly eccessive.
- Is the blood thick bright red or pale watery? Bright Red
- Do you notice any clots in the flow? No
14) Any past medical problem which you would like to share the information? Elergic with cold and dust.
15) List of medicine in use at present? Eltroxin
16) Do you exercise daily? Or any other physical activity. Not daily but on irregular basis.
17) How is your Cholesterol level? OK
18) What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions? Normal
19) How is your hunger: Slightly Less,
20) Is your sweat normal or less or more? Less Where does it sweat more: Trunk

Thanks for the update. Please answer the following:

1) Any surgery in the past, explain in details?
2) Any problem with head region?
3) Any symptoms of vitiligo (patches of skin lose their color and become white)?
4) How do you feel when you get up in the morning. Fresh and charged up OR Lazy and tired ?

1) Second child is cesarean held in 2001.
2) Sometimes burning feelings and took stalopam for around 1 year (2009 to 2010).
3) Get up at 05:30a.m. (family requirements) and mostly lazy and tired.
