Can anyone please help me I have overmasturbated and it has caused me erectile dysfunction and insomnia.anzient on 2012-02-27

I have been suffering insomnia and erectile dysfunction for the last 4 months. They both started at the same time. I get cold often. I have not slept one bit since this has happened. I am a male of course.
