TYPE 2 Diabetes due to Systemic Bacterial Infection & Infectikon of Pancreas

Can someone suggest a good homeo / combo to take for a systemic bacterial infection, that started with as erysipelas, then moved to periodontal infection, to spinal meningitis, chronic bronchitis, and now fibromyalgia and diabetics like leg symptoms ? The root cause identified through blood and urine culture is a poly microbial infection, with mycoplasma. This is a chronic and ongoing infection, that has resulted in me being hospitalized numerous times getting antibiotic IV.

The allopathic docs here seriously think that there is lipo-polysaccharide, bacterial
peptidoglycan in the pancreas, leading to inflamation of the pancreas.

I honestly think that if I can eliminate the bacterial infection, and also keep the pancreas healthy, I can slowly recover...whats good for keeping the pancreas healthy ?
