This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Yes there may be side effects to such a treatment plan. It is also not the correct way to use our medicines.

You should not be taking more than one medicine at a time. Even if one of those medicines is the correct one for you, the other two will be wrong and they are quite likely to cause side effects. Obviously getting side effects during pregnancy can be more dangerous than at other times of your life.

You also should not be taking dry pillules regularly. These pillules should be dissolved in water first, and only a small amount of that water taken into the mouth.

You can go here to read up more about the correct way to dose. You should probably look at the other articles on this site too, in order to learn how homoeopathy should be used.

A classical homoeopath should take your case properly and prescribe a single medicine on the basis of your entire health. All your problems and issues are put together into one picture and a medicine used to solve them. It is better to a qualified practitioner do this face-to-face, but there are many people, some qualified many who are not, who will do this for you on this forum.

Homoeopathy is a powerful form of medicine, and needs to be treated with respect. There are times when doing nothing is better than using homoeopathy the wrong way.

Thanks a lot for the advise but the problem with me is that i am not in India now and no Homeopathy doctor available here, as such. So face to face appointment is not feasible. but you are right. So i will stop the medicine i am currently taking and not sure what should be i doing if it happened again
