Hi Nikkie thanks for your reply.
Without going point by point I'm trying to answer your questions. He is 66 years old and only 55 kgs ,lost 5 kg recently. He is having asthma and 3 years back angiogram was done and in which 3 blockages revealed.
Now he is not facing any heart pain.He is diabetic. Recently his sugar level increased surprisingly. His fasting and PP was 99/140 range now it gone to 186/240 range. He is taking diabetic medicine.
From ayurvedic he is taking Arjun POwder and homeopathic is cratagous.
He is no alcoholic and he does not smoke. He is not having any skin related problem and thyroid either.
Main thing is he has no desire to take food now and he is feeling very weak.
Please suggest some remedy and solution.

Please go Point by Point and i will require every small detail with proper explaination of the symptoms. You missed some of the important questions.

A very detailed discussion is must, to find out about the illness as well as the constitution of the person, in order to reach the constitutional remedy. As we always say there are no quick fixes in Homeopathy. In all cases of chronic illnesses, the patient should be studied in detail. It is not right to prescribe a casual prescription.

Hope for complete Update (Point wise) please.

Blessings,
Nikkie.
