different sexual problems

i have different types of sexual problem please kindly read my problems i m to much worry about this.

1- i have drops problem after pass the urine when i pass the urine and stand up after that i feel few drops of urine

2- premature ejaculation my ejaculation time is less then 1 minute release with just touching penis

3- i have another problem when i go to a date with my girl friend i just meet her on public place not for sexual activities but i feel
always almost seman drops or sperm from my penis i also get wet during phone talk with her after that i feel to much pain in my urinary system

4- i always think about females, porn movies, watching porn movies when i am alone i like to get my mind towards sex and wants to see sex movie and want to think about females

5- i feel to much pain in my legs, back and neck i can,t take participation in sports due to my continue weakness
