my upper chest hurts both sides

I used a multiviatmin drug which makes me sleep and eat well, and ive used it for over 5 years now constantly, but like two months ago after using it consecutively(a bit abused)i felt a minor pain on my right upper chest for two days which relieved me thereafter, but now i feel this minor pains on both sides of my upper chest close to the shoulder, especially when i take solid meals, drink a little alcohol or after an exercise. Or when i have an indigestion during heart burn, i feel thesame pains on my upper chest like the food is stuck there, until i take enough water. This pains isnt associated with breathing thats why am not bothered yet, but before going for an x ray i wish to know if these are my lungs or what? I also have palpitations too. Especially when i get panic or anxious of my personal emotions for like 10 sec then the heart beats gets to normal. What are the home therapeutical cure i can naturally apply before going for any scan cause my country nigeria is on labour strike now. No access to an hospitAl yet.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200 as follows and see how that affects in next few days.

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

If there is no substantial relief in few days, please take three doses of Kali Carb 200 in the same way and see how it goes.
