consultation for cold palms

I am a boy age 25. my problem is that i have very cold hands especially palms through out the year whether winter or summer.i am week bodied with pale colour of hands and dark face colour. also have dark circles around eyes. kindly tell me any medicine for cold palms.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take Carbo Veg 200c 5 doses and report me after 1 week.

Two drops of liquid medicine mix with a cup of water as making a dose. sip the water slowly. take one dose medicine at morning before 30 min from breakfast at empty stomach.
