Please help with Ear infection:(((

I`ve had a mild earache in my right ear for a week, and today i feel blockage and hearing loss in it, and my ear just started draining wax or pus in the middle of the night, pressure in sinuses, and sore throat:(( So uncomfortable. Can this be treated without antibiotics?

1. Belladona-30 6 pills 3 times a day
2. Hepar Sulph-200 6 pils at bed time every day

I had the ear looked at and was told its a drum rupture that is infected and bleeding, is it still appropriate to take those two? Do they need succuccion or do I just take the pellets? Thanks in advance
