So, no general improvement happened from the Phos 6c dose ?
This uneasiness when being touched, did it ever happen before, it only appeared from the Phos 6c dose ?

Hi sorry, yes I am. The Phos 6c helped to a certain extent. It helped the chest tightness significantly, but a slight cough does come by evening time, it quickly settles. My eating has improved, I eat better during my meals, and I am not quickly hungry after a meal. My last period I had bad cramps like I used to have before my kids.
As far as the not touching , I went thru this when I was breast feeding my kids. My night sleep is still a little disturbed. My bms are also more regular, I don't want to over eat so I have no issues with loose motions. | This thread continues beneath the following ad.

That's good. Let's stick with Phosphorus for now then.
Can you please procure the Phos LM1 and LM2 in 30 ml teat dropper bottles?

I will be getting it tomorrow. But it's in the spray bottles, is that ok? Or should I get pellets instead? I can't get the dropper bottles

LM1 in spray bottles, hmm..I am hearing that for the first time. Can you please inquire, how many pellets were used to make the solution ? What is the bottle size ?

I haven't picked it up as yet but I am guessing sprays are usually boiron. Will try to get more info today. Can also get the pellets instead.

LM liquid remedies should be made with exactly 1 size#10 pellet (also known as a poppy seed size).
If you can poppy seed sized pellets of LM1, that is good as well.

I spoke to a homeopath here and they said they don't make the LM potencies the right way here. So I picked up the Phos 1m as you suggested earlier. It's in pellets and I can make it into liquid as per Brisbane's guideline. (1 part alcohol to 5 parts water) . Tell me how to dose. ( the least aggravating)

How are you feeling now ? Sorry for the delay. I haven't been visiting the forum as often as I should due to some other commitments. Things should be back to normalcy for me in about 2 weeks from now.

Ok, let's go ahead with a 1M dose then.
Make a 120 ml solution of Phos 1M using 2 pellets (1 part alcohol and 5 parts water).
Take out 2 drops from there in 250 ml spring water, stir well and take a teaspoon.
Report in 10 days please. |
