pls help
i have found out there are three medicine in homeopathy that can clear phlegm from chestANTIM TART
ipecac
bryonia
can phosphorus clear the chest from phlegm?
i have a patient with weak and narrow chest there is phlegm in his chest which does not come out.he also feel pain in his chest.by appearance he is thin slim and tall and weak.he is suffering from short breath
and cough problem.he had problem for 4 yrs.he is very poor.

That is not true. There are over 300 remedies listed for 'Mucous in the chest', and I suspect there are many more that might cure it if the peculiars and generals matched.
To choose a remedy to cure a patient homoeopathically, you need to flesh out a symptom fully.
1. What is the sensation or pain of the symptom?
2. When does it happen?
3. What makes it worse?
4. What makes it better?
5. What symptoms appear alongside it, immediately precede it, or immediately follow it?
6. When did the problem start, what was happening at that time?
On top of this a medicine should cover the general and mental state of the patient (sleep, energy, appetite, mood, thoughts, thirst, sensitivity etc).
