Hello, I am twenty year old male;I could not send reports because my scanner is not working.
MY CONDITIONS AND SYMPTOMS ARE:
1. I have hypothyroidism (only a high TSH,the T4 and T3 are always normal)
2. High Insulin levels due to Insulin Resistance (Acanthosis Nigricans on neck and armpits and groin area)
3. Hypogonadism: Very low testosterone levels (testosterone and dihydrotestosterone)
4. Fatty liver (non-alcoholic) and digestive complaints such as:
5. Slow sluggish digestion, early satiety, feeling of fulness after a few bites of food, acid reflux and sometimes regurgitation of food, loss of appetite, bloating..
6. I am OBESE weighing 238 lb and height is 5 feet 9.75 inches. My daily caloric intake is less than a 1000 calories as I cannot eat much due to the digestive complaints, and cannot lose even 1 pound with diet and exercise,
Diet is pure veg due to religion (no eggs, fish, meat...)
7. Have some thyroid swelling (neck is pretty thick)
8. Wrap it all up: slow and sluggish metabolism
According to Allopathy; I have a hormonal imbalance,
From a ayurvedic practitioner the diagnosis was a kapha imbalance.
MEDICINES:
1. I take levothyroxine 88 mcg .
2. For the insulin resistance (no diabetes) Metformin 850 mg once a day.
3. No male hormone replacement
as my doctor thinks my body will stop making its own testosterone.
4. For the acid reflux I take prevacid as needed.

30. Pretty much everything, indian lentils and vegtables cooked with oil and spice, raw vegtables and chapati.
31. Mind: anxiety, anger, thinking about futre, okay in public speaking not too nervous, unemotional and practical never loved anybody and never cried for anybody.
32. Aggravation (increases-winter )& Amelioration ( nice warm weather)

34. Thyroid, pancreas, stomach, liver, testes, eyes (nearsighted)

Urine: yellow or clear feces: dark yellow with undigested food in them and saliva: clear color.
PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES AND MEDS I CAN TAKE. PLEASE ALSO SPECIFY IF I SHOULD STILL TAKE THE ALLOPATH MEDICINES ALSO WITH THE HOMEOPATHIC TREATMENT. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU.

you have to take :-
1. nux vomica-cm 1 dose only one night (bed time)
2. salphur-10 m 1 dose in early morning in empty stomach
after 3 days you take 1.thyroidinum-6(5 drop 3 times a day)
2.phytolucca beri-Q or fucus visiculosusQ(25 drop with 1/2 cup of hot water,morning in empty stomach daily.
note:always use lemon water(1/2 lemon with a galass of lukewarm water)
after 1 month- repeat nux vom cm(bed time) and salphur-10m(morning)
continue take this remady 3 months like this .and report me .

1.After the night dose and the next morning I take the morning dose.DO I WAIT three days till after that morning to start the thyroidium and the phytolucca or fucus visiculosusQ??

2. SO I repeat the night and morning remedies three times in total and continue the thyrodium and phytolucca or fucus everyday for three months??
3. Thyroidinum-6 is available in pellets 3x or 6x(5 three times a day) Can I go ahead with them?
4. The only nux vomica available here are: 30C,6C,30x(n),12C Md,30C(N),200ck, 6X(N),and 15 C Md. ALL in pellets three times a day. which one can I take??

yes you can go 4 thyroidinum-3x or 6x.
you can take nux vomica-30c but dose are-daily 2drop in bed time.
salphur-10m morning fortnightly.in empty stomach.

Thank you so much Dr Jha, but the nux vomica 30c are pellets and the dose is dissolve 5 pellets thrice daily. I can take these with any allopath or ayurvedic medicines I am taking right?

For allopathic I am taking Levothyroxine and for ayurvedic I am taking Kanchnar Guggul, Divya Neem Vati and Sanjeevani Vati, IT will be safe to take the nux vomica pellest with it right??

1. Fucus is available in a mother tincture, so do I take 25 drops with lukewarm water and squeeze half a lemon in it?
2.you said nux vomica 30c is okay, but that is in pellets only; the dose is 5 pellets three times a day. Is that okay?
3.Sulphar is available in 200ck, 30c, 6c, 30x and 15c md. Which one do I take and how much.
4. Thyroidium is not available to me, as no store near my house has it and I cannot order it online as I do not have a credit card. But Iodium 6c is available. Can I take that?
PLEASE GUIDE ME AND SPECIFY HOW MANY DAYS I HAVE TO WAIT TO START THE FUCUS AND ALL. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
